Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 13 s'more shredded wheat squares, 1/4 unsweetened vanilla almond milk, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, with pumpkin pie almond milk creamer, and syrup
Snack: blueberries
Lunch: Gouda/Feta grilled cheese on light bread, cookies and cream light and fit yogurt
Dinner: lactation cookies, peppers, hummus, crackers, cheese
Snack: lemon cake kroger ice cream
Total Fiber: 17 gms
Total WW Points: 31
