Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, 1 slice turkey, salsa, 2 slices of light bread toasted, Parkay spray, Splenda and cinnamon on my toast, Chai tea

Snack: Strawberries, Splenda and honey

Lunch: Broccoli cheese, Cauliflower, Salted Caramel Noossa yogurt

Snack: Celery, 1/3 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter powder, 1 tablespoon Fat Free Cream Cheese, 1 tablespoon Cool Whip, 3 Splendas

Dinner: Bird's Eye Garlic Chicken Pasta

Snack: Enlightened Red Velvet ice cream 1 cup

Total Fiber: 33
