Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 2 slices of light bread toasted, Coffee. with 1/4 premier protein shake caramel flavor

Snack: strawberries, blueberries, honey

Lunch: grilled cheese sandwich, on light bread, with gouda cheese. peanut butter fit and light yogurt

Snack: peppers and yogurt

Dinner: broth, 8 won tons, 1 turkey sausage, teriyaki sauce, with peanut butter powder

Snack: coffee, black cherry chocolate chip Enlightened ice cream

Total Fiber: 24
