Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 13 shredded wheat mini squares, coffee, with protein shake, and pumpkin pie creamer/syrup

Snack: strawberries, and blueberries

Lunch: personal pizza

Snack: 8 mini won tons

Dinner: 12 grilled chicken nuggets from Chick Fil A, 1 honey bbq sauce, mustard, strawberries

Snack: 1 cup Kroger brand lemon cake ice cream

Total Fiber: 17

Total WW Points: 36
