Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 13 s'more shredded wheat squares, 1/4 unsweetened vanilla almond milk, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, with pumpkin pie almond milk creamer, and syrup
Snack: blueberries, 1 tb fat free cream cheese, 1/3 cup fat free greek yogurt, 2 splendas
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwich (light bread, and gouda cheese, tiny bit of butter), broccoli and cheese-green giant frozen box
Dinner: Eggplant, tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, fat free feta, mozzarella, blueberries, yogurt, cream cheese
Snack: Frozen Hot Chocolate Enlightened Ice cream
Total Fiber: 28
