Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 2 slices of light bread toasted, Coffee, with pumpkin cashew creamer

Lunch: strawberries, blueberries, honey, pumpkin fit and active yogurt, 2 slices light bread, 2 oz turkey, fat free mayo, yellow mustard

Snack: Cauliflower

Dinner: meatballs, hummus, chips, turkey, chicken, peanut butter bars, snickers salad, crackers. (party)
