Food Journal ~ 11/7



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 2 slices of light bread toasted, Coffee with Splenda and Californa Butter Pecan cashew milk creamer

Snack: strawberries, blueberries, 2 packets of Splenda, 1 teaspoon of honey

Lunch: turkey sandwich, fat free mayo, mustard, caramel noosa yogurt

Snack: yogurt peanut butter dip, celery

Dinner: 1 cup butternut squash soup, 8 dumplings, 1 anything aldi's feta & spinach sausage

Snack: Pumpkin Halo Top

Total Fiber: 25
