Insulin: 8 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 3 dates

Lunch: 2 ounces fish, 2/3 cup peas, 1 cup carrots, 1 slice light bread, 1/2 tablespoon Brummel and brown
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 3 ounces Fish, 2/3 cup peas, carrots, 1 slice bread, 1/2 tablespoon Brummel and brown
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 40 gms
