Snack: 3 dates
Dinner: 2 eggs, 2 slices light toast, 3/4 cup shredded spoonfuls, 1 ounce ham, 1 cup fat free milk
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: Swiss Knight, 3 reduced fat ritz crackers
Total Fiber: 30 gms
