Lunch: 2 ounces pasta, 3 ounces turkey, mushrooms, fat free sour cream, salad, 6 artichoke hearts, 1 tablespoon light Italian dressing

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 2 eggs, 2 slices light toast, 3/4 cup malt o meal, 1 ounce turkey, 1 slice fat free cheese, Yogurt
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: carrots

Total Fiber: 32 gms
