Snack: 1/2 banana

Lunch: Healthy Jo, 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 2/3 cup peas, 1 1/3 cup green beans
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 1/2 banana

Dinner: 4 ounces Lamb, 1 1/3 cups peas, 1 1/2 cup carrots, tzatziki sauce
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 46 gms
