Snack: 3 dates

Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich (2 tablspoons PB), 1 ounce fat free chips, green beans
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 3 ounces lamb, green beans, 2/3 cup corn, 4 oz potatoes, tzatzitki sauce
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 34 gms
