Snack: 1/2 banana
Lunch: Burger King-Garden Shrimp Salad
Snack: 1/2 banana
Dinner: 3 ounces turkey, 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1/2 cup onions, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tablespoon Brummel and brown, 1 1/3 cups baby carrots
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: Fat Free Yogurt
Total Fiber: 37 gms
