Lunch: 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tablespoon pb-wonder, 1 tablspoon sugar free jelly, 1 Vitamuffin-bran
Insulin: 6 humalog

Dinner: 2 grilled steak tacos
Insulin: 10 humalog

Total Fiber: 20 gms
