Insulin: 8 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 1/2 banana

Lunch: Healthy Jo, 4 slices light whole wheat, 2 tablespoons Brummel and brown
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 1/2 banana

Dinner: 3 ounce turkey, 1 1/3 cups carrots, 2/3 cup corn, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tablespoon Brummel and brown
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 41 gms
