Lunch: 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2 ounces chicken breast, 1 tablespoon fat free mayo, 1 Vitamuffin-bran, salad, 1 tablespoon light Italian, 3 artichoke hearts

Dinner: Weight Watchers citrus salad, Weight Watchers french onion soup, Weight Watchers chocolate raspberry layer cake (Apple Bee's)
Total Fiber: 20 gms
