Breakfast: 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 1 tablespoon jam, 1/2 banana
Insulin: 8 humalog/14 NPH

Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich (1 tablspoon PB), 1 ounce fat free chips, 3 tablespoons fat free sour cream, dill seasoning
Insulin: 6 humalog

Dinner: 5 ounces lamb, green beans, 1 1/3 peas, beets, tzatziki sauce
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 29 gms
