Breakfast: 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 1 tablespoon jam, 1/2 banana
Insulin: 8 humalog/14 NPH

Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich (1 tablespoon PB), 1 ounce fat free chips, 3 tablspoons fat free sour cream, dill seasoning, green beans
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 1/2 banana

Dinner: 5 ounces lamb, green beans, 1 1/3 cups corn, tzatziki sauce
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 33 gms
