Snack: 1/2 banana

Lunch: chicken salad, 1 1/3 cup peas

Snack: 1/2 banana

Dinner: Healthy Jo, 4 slices light whole wheat, 2 tablespoons Brummel and brown, 1 1/3 cup beets
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 38 gms
