Snack: 3 dates

Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich (2 tablespoons PB), mini bag popcorn, carrots
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 2 eggs, 2 slices light toast, 3/4 cup shredded spoonfuls, 1 ounce ham, 1 cup fat free milk
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 35 gms
