Lunch: Grilled Steak Taco, Pintos and Cheese

Dinner: Turkey Sandwich, with cheese (fat free), 1 1/3 cup green beans, 2/3 cup corn
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 25 gms
