Breakfast: 1 Weight Watchers English Muffin, 1 tablespoon sugar free jam, 1/2 banana
Insulin: 8 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: cottage cheese, pineapple

Lunch: 2 ounce turkey, 1 1/3 cups green beans, 2/3 cup corn, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tablespoon Brummel and brown
Insulin: 6 humalog

Dinner: 3 ounce turkey, 1 1/3 cups carrots, 2/3 cup corn, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tablespoon Brummel and brown
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: Fat Free Yogurt

Total Fiber: 39 gms
