Lunch: 2 oz pork chop, 1/4 cup gravy, 1 cup green beans, 2/3 cup peas, 1 slice bread, 1/2 tb Brummel and brown
Insulin: 6 humalog
Snack: 3 dates
Dinner: 3 oz ground turkey-healthy sloppy jo's, 8 oz baked potato, 3 tb fat free sour cream, 1 1/3 cup green beans
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 1/2 cup skinny cow chocolate peanut butter cookie dough ice cream
Total Fiber: 31 gms
