Breakfast: 2 slices light toast, 1 tb sugar free apricot jam, 1 Pear
Insulin: 6 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 3 dates, light laughing cow cheese

Lunch: 2 oz sliced turkey, 9 bread and butter slices of pickles, 3 tb fat free cream cheese, 1 1/3 cup frozen corn, 2/3 cup green beans
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 3oz turkey-healthy sloppy joe, 2/3 cup peas
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 2 Tbs sugar free, fat free butter scotch pudding, 1/2 cup weight watchers vanilla ice cream

Total Fiber: 31
