Breakfast: 2 slices light toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free blackberry jelly, 1 pear
Insulin: 8 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 3 dates

Lunch: 1/2 cup healthy request cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 cup frozen green beans, 2/3 cups peas, 2/3 cup onion, 1 ounce no yolks noodles, 2 ounce ground turkey
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 2 slices pineapple, ham pizza, salad, 3 artichoke hearts, 1 tablespoon salad dressing
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 1/2 cup sugar free Weight Watchers vanilla ice cream, 2 tablspoons light chocolate syrup

Total Fiber: 29.5
