I had fallen while walking/exercising and bruised my kidney. It was terrible, and took months to recover! I was bed ridden for weeks. I was hospitalized on liquid only diet for 3 days. It was a terrible hospital as well, filthy, and never even seen a nurse or a dr the whole time I was hospitalized, just left in a room by myself, with out phone or tv, no shower, nothing. Worst hospital experience ever.
