Lunch: 2 oz chicken, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2 TB fat free mayo, 1 chocolate vitamuffin, 1/2 cup weight watchers sugar free vanilla ice cream
Insulin: 6 humalog
Dinner: 2 slices ham, pineapple pizza
Total Fiber: 31.5
