Snack: 3 dates, lite laughing cow cheese
Dinner: 8oz potatoes, 3 tb fat free sour cream, 3oz turkey-healthy sloppy joe, 2/3 cup green beans
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 2 tb sugar free, fat free butterscotch pudding, 1/2 cup weight watchers vanilla ice cream
Total Fiber: 29
