Lunch: 2/3 cup frozen corn, 1/2 cup green beans, 2 oz ground turkey, 2/3 cup onion, 1 cup beef broth, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 TB Brummel and brown

Snack: 3 Dates

Dinner: 1/2 cup white beans, 1/2 cup red beans, 2/3 cup onion, 4 oz ground turkey, 1 cup chicken broth
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 Dates

Total Fiber: 38.5
