Snack: 4 pickles, 4 french fries

Lunch: 1 Wendy's small chili's, side garden salad, 1 tablespoon vinaigrette
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 3 ounce ground turkey-sloppy joe, 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 1/4 cup onion, 2/3 cup peas, 1 slice fat free cheese, salad-lettuce, artichoke hearts, 1/2 tablespoon Greek vinaigrette
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 1/2 cup Weight Watchers vanilla sugar free ice cream, 1 diet orange 'n cream Stewart's soda

Total Fiber: 30.5
