Breakfast: 1 pear, 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 1 TB sugar free apricot jelly
Insulin: 8 humalog/14 NPH

Lunch: 1/2 cup Healthy Sloppy Jo's, 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 1 slice banana cream pie, 1 cup cauliflower, 3 artichokes, 1/2 tb salad dressing, lettuce
Insulin: 6 humalog

Dinner: 3 lobster tails, 1 sweet potato, several bloomin' onion petals, some honey mustard dressing
Insulin: 8 humalog

Total Fiber: 21
