Lunch: 2 oz ground turkey, 1/4 cup onion, 1 slice light whole wheat bread, cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 cup peas, 2/3 cup green beans

Snack: 3 dates
Dinner: cowboy chicken fried steak, 1/4 cup gravy, 1 1/3 cup corn, 1 cup cauliflower
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 3 dates
Total Fiber: 27.5
