Dinner: 6 stuffed shells, 1 cup sugar free Ragu, 3 artichoke hearts, salad, 1 tablespoon salad dressing
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 1/2 cup sugar free Weight Watchers vanilla ice cream, diet rootbeer

Total Fiber: 31
