Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 3 ounces turkey-healthy sloppy joe, 2/3 cup peas, 2/3 cup green beans
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 2 TB sugar free, fat free butter scotch pudding, 1/2 cup weight watchers vanilla ice cream

Total Fiber: 34 gms
