Exercise:
Walked around Harlem for about 1 1/2 hours
Lunch:
4 ounces lamb
2 tablespoons tzazakti sauce
1 baked potato-fat free sour cream, fat free butter, chives
1/2 cup corn
Snack:
1/2 cup fat free mint chocolate cookie non fat yogurt
Exercise:
5 minutes MegaMix Blast Off
Dinner:
Grilled cheese sandwich
2 slices light bread
2 slices low fat american cheese
butter flavored PAM
