turkey chili-
1 ounce turkey
1/2 cup beans
1 v-8
1/2 cup onions
garlic
cumin

Snack:
1 banana

Dinner:
Turkey Burger-mushrooms/onions
Ovation Onion Rings

Snack:
Mint Chocolate Cookie Non Fat Yogurt
