Food Journal 5/24
Breakfast:
1 Bagel
2 Tablespoons fat free cream cheese
1 table spoon sugar free diet strawberry jam
1 Banana
Lunch:
Roast beef sandwich (2 ounces of meat)
string cheese
pasta salad
Bring Down the House Upside Down Cake
Dinner:
4 ounces salmon
2 ears corn
Snack:
1 cup non fat frozen yogurt (mint chocolate cookie YUM!)
