Subway turkey breast sandwich, on oregano Parmesan bread, with fat free honey mustard sauce
Baked chips
ministroni soup

Dinner:
4 ounces lamb
1/2 pita
2 tablespoons tzatziki sauce

Snack:
nofat chocolate mint cookie frozen yogurt
