1 cup strawberries
Exercise:

Lunch:
Turkey Burrito
Non fat sour cream
1/8 avocado
Dinner:
1/3 Lemon Chicken Scallappini From TGIF's
Sample nonfat/no sugar Strawberry Truffle Yogurt from TCBY (tablespoon)
Exercise:
5 minutes Megamix Blast Off (extra for the TGIF)
