3 graham cracker squares

Exercised:
5 minutes Latin Blast Off

Lunch:
2 slices light bread
2 ounces roast beef
1 tablespoon maricle whip light
2 cups Marshall's Magnificent Macaroni Salad

Dinner:
2 cups Slim 'N' Trim Macaroni and Cheese

Snack:
Strawberry in a cloud (from lime variation)

Yes same as yesterday!
