1/2 Tablespoon sugar free diet strawberry jam
1 Banana

Exercise:
5 minutes Megamix Blast Off

Lunch:
Turkey Burrito-
2 ounces turkey
1 cup kidney beans
3 mushrooms
1 cup onions
1/4 cup low fat cheese
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 tortilla

Blood Sugar:
5:30 pm 84

Snack:
Bring Down the House Upside Down Cake

Dinner:
1/2 pita pocket
4 ounces lamb
4 tablespoons tzatziki sauce
Richard Simmons Standing Ovation Onion Rings
1 Tablespoon ketchup
