Food Journal ~ 1/9



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free peach jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Lunch: sliced turkey, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, Quest Ranch Tortilla chips

Snack: 1 Chocolate

Dinner: Lemon chicken picata, over riced cauliflower

Ok the Lemon chicken with riced cauliflower was from Costco, it was 260 calories. And I was still STARVING afterwards. I waited a hour, and still so hungry. I had second dinner.

2 Dinner: 2 eggs over medium, 2 slices of french toast made with 45 calorie light bread, a eggwhite, and some cashew milk. Sugar free Smucker's pancake syrup.

Snack: 2 sugar cookies, hot cocoa
