Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free jam, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Snack: Meringue Cookies

Lunch: Veggie Burger, 3 mini Joseph Pitas, Salad mix from Walmart, orange salad dressing, toasted quinoa

Dinner: 2 Eggs, 2 Slices Light home made French Toast, coffee with caramel premier protein shake

Snack: Meringue Cookies
