Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Snack: 1 Chocolate

Dinner: Shrimp, Chicken, and Steak Fajitas, beans, chips and Guacamole

Snack: Sugar Free Mini Blue Bunny Ice Cream Cone, Arbonne Protein Shake
