Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon all fruit peach jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup
2 Protein, 1 Starch, 1 Fruit

Lunch: 1 Cracker Barrel Cheese Stick, 2 ounces sliced Turkey breast.
1 Dairy, 2 Protein

Dinner: Sloppy Joe's, 1 over medium egg, Layered Party Pea Salad
3 1/2 Protein, 2 Starch, 1 Vegetable

Snack: 1 cup Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Milk & Cookies Ice Cream
1 Dairy, 2 1/2 Starch

1 Hot Cocoa
1 Starch 1/2 Dairy
