Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free peach jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup
2 Protein, 1 Starch, 1 Fruit, 1/2 Dairy

Lunch: Sliced Turkey, Olives, 1 slice Cheese
2 Protein, 1 Fat, 1 Dairy

Snack: Donut

Dinner: 3 California Tortilla Classic Tacos-Fish, Pork, & Steak

Snack: Hot Cocoa
