Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon pumpkin butter, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup
Lunch: lamb, hummus, pita chips
Dinner: 1 lily's sugar free pb cup, popcorn
