Food Journal ~ 1/15



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon of sugar free peach jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Lunch: Garden Burger, Joseph Mini Pitas, Kale Salad, light Caesar vinaigrette dressing

Snack: Meringue Cookies

Dinner: Riced Cauliflower, 3 egg whites, 1 egg, grilled chicken, peas, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce.

Snack: Halo Top Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream
