Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon peach jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup
Lunch: 2 ounces turkey, Layered Party Pea Salad
Snack: 2 Chocolates, Vince brought home from work.
Dinner: Sloppy Joe, egg, cheese Layered Party Pea Salad
Snack: Hot Chocolate, 3 small Sugar Cookies
