Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon blackberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup
Lunch: 2 Broccoli Cauliflower Burgers, Salad, Almond butter Dressing, Green Goddess Dressing, fig, chia seeds, cheese, fried onions, 1 tablespoon hummus, 3 mini joseph pitas
Snack: Rebel Matcha Green Tea, chicken, cheese, sample quiche, sample quesadilla
Dinner: grilled chicken, kale salad, almonds, apple dressing
Snack: Salad-fig, chia seeds, cheese, fried onions, poppy seed dressing, yogurt dressing.
